As a Strategist, you’ll be on the front-line of our learning process -- conducting research and finding insights that help drive our work forward. You’ll collaborate closely with clients and teammates to develop deep understanding of our clients’ businesses, their customers, and their industries. You’ll use client and industry knowledge to create strategies that will drive meaningful change for our clients and their customers. Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of clients and their industries through research and competitive analysis
  • Lead project strategy in client kickoffs, workshops, customer interviews, research, brainstorms, and client presentations
  • Produce in-depth client deliverables, including research-backed personas, customer journey maps, service maps, digital roadmaps, strategic briefs, business cases, and project plans
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify opportunities for improving customer experience
  • Support strategies through identification of data capture needs, KPIs, and digital marketing needs
  • Collaborate with account, creative, and architecture teams to develop effective strategic presentations and present to executive-level stakeholders within client organizations
  • Champion strategy throughout the project life cycle, ensuring all team members are aware of a project’s strategy and designing and developing solutions that are aligned to a single vision
  • Participate in Dynamit's content strategy program through article writing, webinars, and other forms of thought leadership

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to prepare client-ready documents
  • Excellent problem solving skills; the ability to understand and solve problems with creative solutions that align with client goals and objectives
  • The ability to think critically and ask questions
  • Experience in a strategy or UX research role
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with ability to relate data to business challenges
  • Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and effectively communicate them to a non-technical audience
  • A curiosity and interest in many different industries, technologies, and businesses
  • Familiarity with UX design, web development process, and mobile app development
  • Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • A passion for learning
  • Experience with InDesign is a plus
